Our Service aggregates data from over 75 trusted sources including government agencies, scientific organizations, and monitoring networks to provide comprehensive disaster information.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, but you'll continue to have access until your subscription expires.
While we strive to provide accurate and timely disaster information, our Service is not a substitute for official emergency services or government alerts. You should always follow official guidance from local authorities and emergency management agencies.
The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Keryx Maps Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement of content.

If informal resolution fails, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
