Get ready to go offline

Download your area so the map, hazards you already have and your pins work with no signal.

Do this once, while you have a good connection, before you need it. Map downloads need an active plan or a live trial.

  1. 1

    What works with no signal

In the Keryx Maps app on your phone or computer (not in a web browser), once your area is downloaded, the map itself loads from your device. You can pan and zoom it with no signal.

Your pins are stored on your device too, so you can open them offline.

Hazards show the latest data the app already pulled. The app only refreshes hazards while it is open and you are online. There is no background sync. With no signal, you see what it had last.

Some things need a connection: downloading maps, and refreshing hazards.
