Clear and fair terms for using Keryx Maps to keep you and your family safe.

Important Notice

By using Keryx Maps, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms include important information about liability limitations and dispute resolution.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RDF Industries, Inc., a Wyoming corporation and the maker of Keryx Maps ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), regarding your use of the Keryx Maps platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Keryx Maps provides:

  • • Real-time disaster monitoring and alert services
  • • Interactive maps and 3D visualizations of disaster events
  • • Historical disaster data and analytics
  • • Mobile applications for iOS and Android
  • • Desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • • Emergency preparedness tools and resources

Our Service aggregates 45+ data feeds from 25+ trusted sources including government agencies, scientific organizations, and monitoring networks to provide comprehensive disaster information.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Account Requirements

  • • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • • Use a valid email address that you regularly monitor
  • • Keep your account information current and accurate

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Available Plans (Standard Pricing)

  • • Trial: 7-day free trial, no card required
  • • Individual (1 seat): $69 / year
  • • Family (up to 5 seats): $129 / year

Founding Member pricing may be available during the launch period; see the pricing page for current offers. Group licenses (5+ seats) for organizations are available — see "Group & Organization Pricing" below.

Billing Terms

  • • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • • No refunds for partial periods
  • • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • • Taxes may apply based on location

Payment Terms

  • • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • • We use Stripe for payment processing, which accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • • Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
  • • You're responsible for all applicable taxes and fees

Group & Organization Pricing

For organizations needing more than 5 seats — CERT teams, ham radio clubs, search-and-rescue groups, faith-based preparedness networks, and similar — we offer group licenses at custom pricing. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, but you'll continue to have access until your subscription expires.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

❌ Prohibited Activities:

  • • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • • Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • • Using the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
  • • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
  • • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its servers
  • • Creating false or misleading disaster reports
  • • Reselling or redistributing our data without permission

  • • Using the Service for personal safety and emergency preparedness
  • • Sharing disaster information to help others stay safe
  • • Providing feedback to help improve our Service
  • • Educational and research use in compliance with our Terms

6. Data Accuracy and Service Limitations

Important Disclaimers:

While we strive to provide accurate and timely disaster information, our Service is not a substitute for official emergency services or government alerts. You should always follow official guidance from local authorities and emergency management agencies.

  • • Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
  • • Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
  • • We depend on third-party data sources beyond our control
  • • Alerts may not cover all types of emergencies or locations
  • • Technical issues may temporarily affect service delivery

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by RDF Industries, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement of content.

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
  • • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • • Use our trademarks or branding without permission

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RDF INDUSTRIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • • Personal injury or property damage
  • • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • • Inaccurate or delayed disaster information
  • • Third-party actions based on our data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RDF Industries, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Service Modifications and Termination

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that materially affect your use of the Service.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@keryxmaps.com (subject line: "Legal Notice") to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve any issues.

If informal resolution fails, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

13. International Users

Our Service is operated from the United States but is available globally. By using the Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge that:

  • • Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States
  • • You comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and data usage
  • • Some features may not be available in all countries

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • • Email notification to your registered address
  • • In-app notification when you next use the Service
  • • Prominent notice on our website

Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RDF Industries, Inc. regarding your use of the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
